General Questions

Yes, we do. We deliver nationwide using local courier services:

  • Delivery within Pretoria is R100
  • Delivery outside of Pretoria is R185
  • Free delivery for order over R1000
  • Please note: On very big orders/parcels a personalised courier cost will be sent upon order
  • A tracking number and link will be sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Once an order is received, if there’s no stock on hand production can take from 2-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Please note that orders placed after 12 noon on Fridays can only be dispatched on the Monday after the weekend.
  • Please note that deliveries will not take place on the weekends.
  • Delivery will take between 2 – 4 working days, dependent on the shipping address.
  • In the event of Pretoria Products being unable to meet customer demand with respect to certain collection pieces, customers will be notified of extended delivery period and may elect to add their name to our waiting list.
  • A physical address and a contact number is required for all orders placed online.

On dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking number via email which can be used, via the link provided, to track the movements of your parcel. You will also be notified via email of the movements of your order. These notifications will include the following:

  • When your order has been dispatched
  • When your order is out for delivery
  • When your order has been successfully delivered

Unfortunately, we don’t offer an expedited delivery service at this point in time.

You will be able to send your order/gift(s) to any address around the country that you require; whether that is your own address or the address of someone you would like to surprise or spoil. Simply add the delivery details of where you would like the gift delivered when you are at our checkout page.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed it will immediately follow the standard dispatch procedure. As our courier service is outsourced, we cannot commit to any specific dates.

Yes. You can collect your order from our shop at Afroboer Pretoria. The address is: 1 Meerlust Avenue, Equestria, Pretoria

You can only send to 1 address per 1 online order. A separate order would be require to send to another person at another address.

Every item on our website is locally made in South Africa.

We have a selection process we follow. You can apply to be a vendor on our website and we will be in contact from there.

Yes we do gift boxes. You can select your items and we’ll package them in a gift box upon your request.
